Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept payments by Visa or MasterCard. All our prices are in Canadian dollars. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping informations are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped

Q: Is it safe to provide my credit card information?
A: Absolutely! When you choose Stylexchange.com, you are protected against credit card fraud. Your credit card information is encrypted so it can't be read by anyone but authorized Stylexchange.com Customer Service Representatives.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax.
Orders shipped to Quebec are subject to 5% GST and 7.5% PST on the purchase amount or a total sales tax of 12.875%.
Orders shipped to Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia are subject to 13% HST.
Orders shipped to other Canadian provinces or territories are only subject to 5% GST.


Q: Will I receive confirmation once my order is processed?
A: Check your e-mail for an order confirmation. The e-mail will include an order number for your records. Remember to change your e-mail settings to accept all e-mails from Stylexchange.com.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock, we will notify you with a separate e-mail or phone call. You will only be billed for items that are shipped.

Q: How can I modify my order?
A: You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us through the phone number or email us.

Q: What are your shipping guidelines?

A: Stylexchange.com will process & ship your order within 1-5 business days. Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the following business day. Shipping timelines are subject to credit verification and product availability. We will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.


Q: What carriers are used for shipping?

A: Stylexchange.com uses UPS for domestic shipments and USPS Global Express for international shipments. UPS is unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes. UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Q: What are the requirements for free shipping?

A: Stylexchange.com offers FREE UPS Ground shipping on domestic orders over $200. See shipping table below for details.

To protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, all orders with different shipping and billing addresses will need to be verified. You will be contacted by our customer service department to do so. In addition, no orders will be shipped with out a valid telephone number.

 
Q: What are the guidelines for international shipping?
A: Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

When ordering from Stylexchange.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how your order information is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.


Q: Do you have any shipping restrictions?
A: Yes.
• Delivery is unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays.
• UPS is unable to deliver to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. A valid street address is required for prompt delivery.

Q: Will I receive confirmation that my order has been shipped?
A: You will receive an e-mail confirming your merchandise has been shipped and an email from UPS with your tracking number. Remember to change your e-mail settings to accept all e-mails from Stylexchange.com.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: You will receive an email from UPS with a tracking number. Merchandise can be tracked through the applicable carrier's website using the assigned tracking number.

Q: What is Stylexchange.com's return policy?

A: Stylexchange.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept regular-priced and sale-priced merchandise for return as long as it meets the following criteria:
1. Merchandise is in original condition and has not been worn, altered or washed.
2. Merchandise has all original tags attached.
3. Package is postmarked for return within 30 days of purchase.
4. Return instructions, included with shipped merchandise, are followed precisely.
5. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
6. Underwear and swimwear are final sales.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by us prior to the return; you will need to contact us prior to proceeding with a return. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
Online orders cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores as this return is policy is exclusive to orders placed on stylexchange.com

Shipping fees are not refundable.



United States:
Returns from the U.S. must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Returns from the U.S. shipped through other companies than USPS will be refused.
All the returned items should be declared as a "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender. Shipping and customs fees are not refundable.



Q: What is Stylexchange.com's return procedure?

A: Once we receive your return package with the email confirmation, we will promptly refund your credit card. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 7 - 10 business days for your financial institution to post the transaction.

Returning Your Item

• Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
• Complete the Return section of the Return and Exchange form that was included with your order. Include the completed form inside the box.
• Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
• Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.

Exchanging Your Item

• Complete the Exchange section of the Return and Exchange form that was included with your order. Include the completed form inside the box.
• Detach the pre-printed return address label and affix it to the shipping box over the original shipping label.
• Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
• Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by UPS Ground at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
• Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your exchange has been processed.
